Vitality for life and work
Bridge the Gap
Limen bridges the gap between modern systems and the interconnectedness of living beings to foster growth, connection, and harmony.
We draw from a lineage of wisdom, philosophies, and frameworks to realize and actualize potential.
Approach
Our approach is inherently developmental, offering a vitalizing way forward for people, groups, projects, and their environments to grow their capacity to thrive.
Magnify Value
Whatever our partners are working to bring into the world, we use dynamic systems frameworks to magnify value and generate novel capabilities.
Manifest Potential
Like a lens that zooms in and out, we focus on both the particular and the universal, the individual and the collective, to realize and manifest unique systemic potential.
Foster Regeneration
We address today’s complex issues through a regenerative way of being to enable living systems for positive transformation.
In many organizations, the relentless pursuit of conventional efficiency, with its strict focus on measuring inputs and outputs, has left people weary and disconnected from meaning and purpose.
By shifting our perspective towards universal efficiencies, recognizing life's intricate balance of tension, pressure, stress, and friction, much like the graceful dance of wind formation in nature, we can cultivate environments that prioritize the quality of our connections, the depth of our traction, and the precision of our endeavors.
Shifting Perspective
Instead of succumbing to external pressures, we can transform them into wellsprings of inspiration, fostering a workplace culture where ease, joy, wisdom, and liberation intertwine with grace and purpose.
This is where creativity, innovation, and relationships can flourish, deriving strength from a deeply generative source.

Joel started Limen in 2016 to combine his entrepreneurial experience, leadership development training, and living systems education into a useful and transformative consultancy for the emerging, courageous people in search of a harmonious approach to projects and work.
He’s enjoyed the privilege of working across the spectrum of clientele: startups, non-profits, educational institutions, municipalities, and F500 companies. As new ways of working together are increasingly sought after, he’s enthusiastic to continue the journey with the growing community of generative practitioners.
Here are some of Joel’s personal projects aiming for cultural regeneration:
